Purchase of paid membership
To purchase a 'Paid Membership', the User has to register as a FREE or as paid membership. Once the User is registered with Malayogam.com as a free, please follow the following steps to purchase paid membership: -
Go to Malayogam.com and log in to your account.
From your dashboard click on the ‘Renew’ to renew the existing package or in ‘packages’ upgrade the package. You can choose the appropriate membership plan and follow all the instructions to make payments
Methods of payment
Users can make payments using major Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Credit card transactions, and third-party gateways are safe-guarded and cookies are collected to store the login information of the users. You may also encounter Cookies or identical/related devices on certain pages of the website/apps that are placed by third parties. The cookies used by third parties are solely under their control and Malayogam Matrimony shall not be held responsible whatsoever the case may be. On paying service charges, the user shall be prompted to give in certain details that will include billing address, credit/debit card number and credit/debit card expiration date, CVV number.
Safety while using online payment gateway
Every payment transaction you do on ‘Malayogam.com’ is 100% secure. All payments are processed using a highly secured Payment Gateway. To provide you with the highest level of security of the sensitive data Malayogam.com does not collect and store any payment-related data (Credit/Debit Card and Account details). We redirect you to the secure site of our Payment Gateway partners to enter sensitive payment data directly on the interface provided by them.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
All membership purchases at Malayogam.com are final. Service Provider does not refund or cancel any membership fees. Membership is co-extensive with the profile. Membership expires as soon as the profile is deleted or terminated, and cannot be reactivated. No refunds will be made in case the profile is deleted or inactivated or terminated. Any exceptions to the refund policy will be made at the sole discretion of Malayogam.com. Only in situations where the user upgrades to a higher package, then Malayogam.com management may decide to adjust the money for unused month(s). No refund will be made if you upgrade in the last month of the membership plan. Refunds, if any, will be made in Indian Rupees and will be processed within 3 weeks.
